The right information saves lives.
In an emergency, knowing the medical history of the patient can be the difference between life and death.
Ensure that all the up to the minute personal and medical information is available in a special pack, clearly marked to ensure that the right care and attention is administered.
Pfizer surveyed 1,000 people nationally and found that:
? Over half of adult children said their parents were on a prescription medicine but 77% did not know the name of the medicine;
? 1 on 5 did not know the name of their parents’ GP;
? 72% worry about their parents’ safety and security.
Within an emergency service all clients are independently assessed to find out their personal needs.
ICE (In Case of Emergency) plans include:
- Full medical history,
- Medication plans,
- A list of family and friends contact details.
What is a Personal Information Pack (PIP)?
A green cross sticker goes in very visible location on there front door, this indicates to ambulance or firemen that there is a PIP box located in their fridge, it contains all their personal information such as:
? Allergies
? Is the person an organ donor
? Who should be contacted in case of an emergency
? Medical details:
o Contact details of their GP and pharmacist
o Respiratory History
o Cardiac History
o Diabetes
? What Medication they are on
? Etc.
The information is then placed in a water tight bag, then into the plastic PIP box.
The pack also comes with a green cross keyring and is recognised by all emergency services.

Home Care, shouldn’t cost the earth.
All home care is individual and there are many ways to ease the financial burden, such as;
1. HSE Home Care Support Scheme
2. Up to 41% Income Tax Relief
3. Family Contributions, etc.
Just 1 hour a day, can make a difference, when you call us on 1890 500 005, we will go through all the details as soon as you arrange to meet us.
More details about the HSE Home Care Support Scheme
The main priority of the Home Care Support Scheme is older people living in the community or those who are in-patients in acute hospitals at risk of admission to long term care.
Home care packages will also be available to those older people who have been admitted to long term care and who can (with support), return to the community. Packages may be offered to those already using existing core services, such as home helps, but who may need more assistance to continue to live in their community.
Home Care Support packages are also available for young chronically sick people and others who could continue to live at home provided they had adequate supports.
Home Care for the Elderly
Maybe you might fancy a night out at the opera or just bingo at the local club? Whatever your needs, we will try our best to fulfill them.
Home care services range from a couple of hours per week to 24 hours care, patients are independently assessed to find out their personal needs.
All patients are provided with ICE (in case of emergency) plans, these include full medical history, what medication patients are on and list of family members or friends contact details. They are very helpful and could save your life in an emergency.
Home carers are fully trained and a thorough security check is carried out.

www.infowars.com IN A SPECIAL NEWS BULLETIN, Alex Jones warns against the Big Government, Big Insurance Health Care Bill being forced down in the Senate despite opposition by members in both parties and an overwhelming majority of Americans. After all the denial, the final version of the bill proves to have in place the so-called death panels, the abortion funding, no public option, cuts in Medicare and forced coverage backed by heavy fines or prison. Outrageously, Senator Reid & co. have added a section to the bill, Section 3403, that prevents any future Congress from changing the Medicare Advisory Boards (ie the ‘death panels’). Section 3403 reads “it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.” Watch the video for Alex’s full analysis. Help answer the question about home care
How does hospital work differ from nursing home care for CNA's?I'm a CNA, and I've been working at nursing home for a while and really enjoy it. I'm just curious about what it's like for you CNAs that are actually in acute care facilities.

Holy moly! Thats alot girlfriend! OK, so, i'm not going to be a troll. I am sorta in the same boat except for i'm not married and my fiances mom isn't in the picture much so there are no arguments. But, his family lives 3 hours away and we havent gone there for a holiday yet and this year will be the 1st cuz we have a new baby. I also have a 6 year old with my ex that we share her on holidays, so it's difficult to leave town. Anyways, enough of my stuff. Here's the deal! THE MAN NEEDS TO CUT THE APRON STRINGS!!! He's a wussy, plain and simple. He needs to comprimise with you and stop sucking his moms titty! I really despise men like that and their mothers, shame on her too. You should write Dr.Phil, he had a show very similar to your story and it was just silly how some women are so contolling over their sons. PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN. It's your life too and you have a child. The world isn't going to end cuz you spend ONE holiday together, without his naggin mother. Maybe suggest taking a vacation for the holiday, like someplace warm? If he just resists and wont stay with you, tell him you're staying and you NEED him to stay with his family which is you and your child are HIS family UNIT now, his mother can go fly a kite. Sorry i'm so hostile towards his mother and I never met her but I can only imagine, i bet she's Catholic too. Man, you got yourself into something fun, eh? Get your boots on cuz the sh*t's getting deep! And if he's starting to be abusive…get the CRAP outta there! It will only get worse and you don't deserve that. You sound like a good mother and a good wife. He sounds like a wussy mommas boy. you can write me if you want at mdreaming@yahoo.com Good luck and I hope you find some peace of mind over the holidays.
I think that this would be an excellent idea with the fact that there are some times when people odn't have on call lists, but then their employees need to take time off. At least with this, people who need to have the time off, will be allowed to take the time off, and then those who need other things will be able to get it.
Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate.I came accross this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

Very compelling video Tom. Despite the challenge of “capturing” the care and concern you show your clients in a 2 minute video – you managed to do it. Impressive – just like your service. Jinah Kim
Barton Home Care – by far one of the best in-home care companies in the Denver metro area.
I found this video to be very helpful and I was able to get much more information about Barton Home Care by exploring its excellent website.
I think all you can do is to write complaining letters and call. You can try sending something to the insurance commissioner, but it is unlikley to help much. If your coverage is through your company, you can ask your company to complain (if they agree with you). Your company is the customer, paying a lot of money to the health insurer. They have much more leverage than you do.
Of course, it may be that your plan does not cover this event, and the insurer is right. I can't know without reviewing all the details.
Nice video. I’m looking for help for both my mother and father. Will give Tom a call today.
Does he have kids of his own? I'm thinking not. Well honestly if you need the job i wouldn't go off on him but I would also not put up with his crap either. He was most likely just ranting. I would go into work tomorrow and try to let him know that your child comes first period. If he fires you then enjoy your unemployment. But its going to be harder to get if you quit or go off on him.

I have been on both sides of your situation and yes with kids stuff happens all the time and as a mother you take it in stride. But on the other side as a boss you are in work mode and when someone calls in it sometimes can throw everything off and ruin a good day. Its stressful. He may have had no one to fill your shift and kind of gave under pressure. It happens.
Ok he has no kids he doesn't have a clue. Dont let him walk all over you.
Excellent overview of the service provided and the integrity of this company. I would definitely trust my parents’ care to Barton Home Care.
I think Tom Barton has an excellent gift of understanding seniors – their needs and wants and then doing a great match with a companion. I would trust my parents to Barton Home Care and would recommend them to any of my friends. Their lives will be fullfilled in many ways to be able to stay in their own homes and have a routine that they like. We all prefer our own homes over the alternatives.

The easiest thing for you to do, to ensure that the babies and mother will be safe. Is to find a local rat sanctuary or shelter that will be willing to find loving homes for all of them.
I agree about all CAPS; it is a breach of "netiquette." You get more responses if you use normal case letters.
What you need are: (1) knowledge, both of the situation & the applicable laws in both NJ & GA; (2) evidence that you are in contact with the children in your role as grandmother (letters, phone records, visits); (3) champions for you & the childrren (case workers in both states, Legal Aid attorney (try both states), & possibly elected officials & or newspaper /tv reporters; (4) the support of your DD for your plan to get the children; (5) a great plan for the care of children. The agency wants those children safe, & that should be the concern of you & their mom, too.
Don't make a big deal now about grandparent rights; you have few, if any, legally. If you try to retaliate against the agency the outcome could be bad. Everyone wants to work with folks who solve their problems. If you just become another problem for them, they'll cut you off. What are you offering the agency? Are you offering to take them in & work with your local DSS as overseer? It could be a caseworker's fear that if they go to you the children could end up back with their mother, who has a history of being battered. In truth, she is not just a victim; she has been negligent in not protecting them from a violent home.
Neither the taxpayers of NJ or GA want to be responsible for your grandchildren, but they will if someone does not intervene. Is that going to be you or an adoptive family? They system has many faults, but if you take the time to understand, you'll learn that their primary goal is the safety of your grandchildren. A secondary goal is for someone to take responsibility. Can you do that? If so, plan for success, keeping your own goals for these children in mind. Include things in your plan that will make it easy for a judge or caseworker to say "Yes" to you. Understand that this could involve relocation. Think of this as a maze to work through as directly as possible, & do not waste time or energy on your own emotions. They are not important now, & whatever the outcome, put those children first & make sure they know they have a loving grandmother. My wish for you is that all 3 children are raised in safety & love, & that they always know they are in your heart.
Yeah, I don't care how bad their country is, they should try and do something to fix it instead of fleeing to another more economically better off country.
That isn't going to solve anything.
Send em all back in truckloads.
