Need of home care and support from the family member for a child is very much needed it can’t be underestimated.

Home care and living style of family members must be in support of small child. Because small children need love from her mother, father and from his family members. So at the small age of child didn’t leave them alone if you didn’t give time to your child then in future it will be very harm for you and your child.

Home care by the word “Home care” what did you understand. I tell you the true meaning of home care. Home care means that care your small children in the home climate. Think about for your children what he/she want are they happy or not. Look after your child very nicely. If you give love to your child then in future it will be a good and well- mannered child. But if you didn’t look after your child then he/ she will be alone and your child make some bad friend and do bad thing in there life because they think that nobody is here to tell me anything. If they have fear in there mind that my parent will beat me if I do anything wrong then only your children will be a good and well-mannered.

There are many choice for a working women to make there child care at home. But in this also some advantage and disadvantage for your new born child.

1. Home Care – In the case of baby sitter who take care of your new born child who may be nanny or a governess coming to home for your children.

Advantage

Child is brought up home there is no need to send your child at boarding.

Child has full under the control of your Nanny and Governess.

If your child has ant problem then nanny will look after you child.

Disadvantage:

You will lose your attention from your child.

Child loses love towards you.

Your child will in deeper bond with your nanny.

2. Day Care – person who takes your baby to there home and take care

Advantage

Child gets a home environment in fact of lonely environment.

Take care your child if have any problem.

Disadvantage

Child learns the thing which your day care person will tell your child.

Child didn’t get the climate which he/she want.

Child can’t be taken as mother can take.

3. Traditional Day Care – Like a nurse who take care many children at a time.

Advantage:

Child gets new friends and friendly climate.

Child grows more adaptable as he grows older.

Disadvantage:

Child may be infected with the diseases of other child.

Child may learn bad things.

Child can’t be given personal care.

If you want your Child Care in best way then there is only one option for you that take care your own at home. If you want your will be good and well-mannered then give time to your child and take care under your eyes. I specially suggest you don’t admit your child under baby sitter, day care and traditional day care. Care you Child under your family member and specially under child mom.

What are the acceptable rates for child home care?
I am based in ontario, canada, only 30 minutes north of toronto and i recently had my home licensed for day care through an agency, but i wanted to take some kids privately.

What are the acceptable rates per hour for children from 0-6 months, from -12, from 12-18, pre-school and kindergarten?

Barton Home Care – by far one of the best in-home care companies in the Denver metro area.

I found this video to be very helpful and I was able to get much more information about Barton Home Care by exploring its excellent website.

Very compelling video Tom. Despite the challenge of “capturing” the care and concern you show your clients in a 2 minute video – you managed to do it. Impressive – just like your service. Jinah Kim

Go to your local social services office and talk to whoever is in charge of seniors welfare. They will tell you what the requirements are…

Excellent overview of the service provided and the integrity of this company. I would definitely trust my parents’ care to Barton Home Care.

You would need to purchase a Commercial General Liability Policy or Commercial Package Policy which should include Sexual Molestation Coverage. I just sold one of these policies for a Daycare that will be taking care of 12 to 16 children for $963 per year (on an installment plan). The policy covers $1,000,000 occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate liability, $100,000 for Sexual Molestation, Business Personal Property Coverage of $15,000, etc. The policy was written for a brand new business and the owner had several years experience. I do write in several states and the range for a stand alone policy depending on the number of children, staff experience & ratio to children, etc. is between $900 to $2,000 for smaller operations.

If you hire employees you will also need to purchase Workers Compensation Insurance. The cost of the Workers Compensation will depend on the amount of payroll. You should contact a local independent insurance agent who specializes in commercial insurance. You can visit this website to find someone in your area http://www.iiaba.net/agentlocator/findagent.aspx.

I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Olive oil smells awful, but it makes it shiny!

The hospital will have a "discharge planner", usually a nurse or social worker who can guide you through the system. Medicare will pay for nursing care for dressing changes, injectable medications, and assessment of rehab needs.. If your mom has rehab needs, Medicare pays for that, too. However, if she needs custodial care, you will have to pay for that out of pocket unless your county or state has a program to cover those costs. You may want to consider a short stay in a nursing home until she is able to take care of herself.

Nice video. I’m looking for help for both my mother and father. Will give Tom a call today.

I think Tom Barton has an excellent gift of understanding seniors – their needs and wants and then doing a great match with a companion. I would trust my parents to Barton Home Care and would recommend them to any of my friends. Their lives will be fullfilled in many ways to be able to stay in their own homes and have a routine that they like. We all prefer our own homes over the alternatives.

Nursing usually involves a good bit of hands-on care; so your husband needs to explore whether there are ways for him to do the work of a nurse or not. If he does home healthcare, will he be able to travel from home to home, carry paperwork and supplies, navigate stairs? Will he be able to give injections, hang IVs, insert feeding tubes, do wound care? There are nurses who work despite having disabilities, they have found ways to work around obstacles; but not everyone with a disability will be able to do this. For myself; as long as my nurse can perform the treatments and tasks that I need, then a disability wouldn't bother me; but I'd need to see that the work could be done.

I highly recommend that your husband do a few things before he makes a decision: contact local Nursing schools to see if he meets the entrance criteria. Research people with disabilities who have become nurses. Be a little creative; consider careers in healthcare or social services other than nursing.

Here is an article about preparing for nursing school:
“Homework” for Future Nursing Students with Disabilities
Going to nursing school doesn’t have to be an impossible dream just because you have a disability. The key is knowing what will be expected of you, knowing your options and knowing your rights.

Your husband might consider other options, where he could still work with the elderly, with fewer obstacles for him to deal with. Speech Pathologists work with people who have speech problems, for example people who need to re-learn to speak after a stroke. Nutritionists work with people, agencies, and institutions to ensure proper diet and nutrition; they make meal plans, do education, etc. Medical Social workers work with people and their families to find ways to provide care, they often coordinate with several services and advocate for people.

I wish you and your husband all the best! There are many options, I'm sure he will find something that will work for him.

I would list her personality strengths. Her ability to deal with people. You need patience, hopefully she has lots of it. It's just dealing respectfully with the handicapped. List the experiences she has had with disabled people. Here that's what they look for. Also don't be surprised when they run a background check. I had to go through one, and I was caring for my own sister. lol
